Nick Badran is personable, professional and knowledgeable in his actions with respect to real estate purchase and sales. We had several family members in the mix to help in this sale/purchase and Nick kept all of us in the loop, and many times went above and beyond in assisting with needs. Nick was thorough and timely during the entire housing buying process. This was particularly evident during closing process and it was great to have someone who felt like they were really looking out for us. We were always able to get ahold of Nick with even the smallest of questions. During the selection process I appreciated that he was not pushy and encouraged us to look at a lot of houses (even some silly ones!). Additionally, Nick was able to walk a fine line of giving advice about a property without being overbearing.
